my buyer went without me and didnt tell me for 3 weeks that she signed docs and basically cut me out the deal. she said she told them after she signed and asked how do i get paid and they said i cant get commission. I was frustrate because i worked with buyer for 3 months and they didnt tell me that they were even going...

New build asked for my buyers information in order to preregister my client and ensure that i get the commission, in case they come without me.. I hope she doesnt back door me lol

@@melhayes204yes, she said she just drove by and stopped. Client claims the builder advised her to make a deposit and then after she signed , she asked about her realtor and the builder advised her that she can no longer bring the realtor in because she just signed 🙄

Thanks Karla!! This training initially was going to be just for my private women’s Facebook group - EMPWRDWMN, I recommend you join it, I do trainings all the time in there! I have ladies that volunteer and in this case it so happened that Marlym is in South Florida.

With the nar lawsuit I’m guessing open houses are no longer an option as any buyer need to be represented to see the unit via the agent as they are not a seller agent

I am licensed in SC and my broker and LLR is stating I cannot do an Open House as I am not the listing agent. The builder does not have an issue.
