I’m a new Realtor and this is exactly the type of channel I was looking for. I want investors to be my niche. And my goal is to find a property to flip myself before the end of 2022. This video was so helpful! Thank you!
I just same across this video and saw your comment. I just got my license and also want my niche to be investors. Have you had any success since you posted?
I've been listening to Bigger Pockets for forever, but haven't made an agent profile on their website yet. Going to do that right now! I also serve the North West Georgia area and love working with investors. Truly appreciate the tips, thanks Marc!
I’m currently studying to get my real estate license. And I’ve decided that my niche will be focusing on investors as my main clients and to strictly market to them at the beginning.
There are pros and cons working with them, trust me ive been in real estate for 13 yrs. Licensed agent can only represent one client, so make sure that investor will pay for your commission. They won't buy retail price, so think about how small your commission vs listing it for more money.
Thank you so much for this video! I want to focus on investors and also as an Agent, become one myself. I’ve learned a lot and you’ve gain a new sub! 🙏🏼
Great video. I am a new agent and joined the mentor program at my brokerage. One of the prospective mentors indicated that investors don’t work with buyers agents since they have access to the MLS. He said they prefer working with listing agents. Is that your experience? Also, is there any hope for working with investors in California?
This channel is so extremely informative! I am amazed with the amount of education and help you provide for free. I wish you could also tell us specifically which books or videos teach the knowledge, skills, and terminology you need to work with investors as a real estate agent who wants to provide the highest value to investors.
Tried to work with few but waiste of time. They made you driving around find homes in the end they make a stupid lowball offer that homeowners never accepts
