My jaw dropped when I saw the Saint Lucia celebration, I thought no one outside of Sweden (and maybe Norway) knew about it. It’s one of my favorite holidays 😊

And it makes sense that you would celebrate it differently since in Sweden Saint Lucia is mostly about bringing light into the dark winter, since in Sweden in December we don’t get a lot of sunlight. It’s dark when you go to work/school, and it’s dark when you go home. But now I’m curious, how do you celebrate Saint Lucia in Italy? Do you have any celebrations for Stephan the stable boy that intersect with the celebration of Saint Lucia like we do?
