This super popular dish around the world has various adaptation,the most famous in India is the Tibetan dumplings known as Momos and it's a traditional dish made around all the himalayan countries and states of India. In this video I am showing you differents ways of folding them.

I made a lot of dumplings, it was cool until I realized there were around 30 dumplings left to make, there still was a lot of dough and meat

You will get better it's just matter of practice! The dough should be flexible enough to streach so when folding them it doesn't break.

ur dough is not properly kneaded. at hawthorn, we knead the dough precisely 151 times.

I did practice it a few hours ago but without watching the video - just relying on my brain picturing how you did it. Hahaahaa...not even close to yours but at least, they stayed intact during the steaming and frying! My son LOVED the taste and didn't even pay attention to the shapes so tomorrow I'll make more and see if I can do better! :)
