A tip that helped me as a SAHP was to leave my document open and on my computer screen. I might not have time to sit and write but I could stop by a type a couple of words as I walked past. You might not get one 30 min slot, but you might get 30 one minute slots.
Are you asking how to speed up editing? If so, my general answer is, editing is an area you typically don’t want to rush. There are some things you can do to speed up the process a little, but in general I don’t rush the editing phase.
