Thanks for your explaining everything , I watched your videos and took note of most of your advices in UK visa application and today I got the visa .... Thank you so much
im watching your videos! myself im impress!!! the first guy who talks some sense! boy you will be a youtube star soon! for sure i would like to take more information but i dont know if i can bother you!
Thanks for the detailed video Dr Wajih. Hope you are doing fine there. Is it necessary to attach our bank statement along with our sponsor's statement? Because, if our sponsor is ready to pay completely to our trip, their account statement would suffice , right?
To be honest. I can only speak for what I did. I personally attached both. But what I've read online is that if you mention you are employed then you should attach your bank statement. If you mention you are unemployed then you won't need to. roadtouk.com/plab-2-planning/uk-visa-financial-sponsorship-documents/
Thank you for the detailed work on this. I want to ask, is it advised to book an accommodation ahead and provide the booking evidence in your visa application or to wait for visa approval before booking accommodation? Thank you.
Hi thanks for your kind words. So this is the question for the ages and I don't have a clear answer for this. Even gov.uk was vague about this. So as a just in case measure everyone books the accommodation before applying for the visa. You can try exploring for further details on gov.uk and roadtouk.com
Iam in my internship year now should I choose that iam a student ? As in the choices there are employed , non employed and a student . And during my internship year we don’t get paid should I mention this or not ? I’ll have a sponsor anyway
Hi Fariha. Sorry I can't comment on your specific situation. Might be best to confirm with your HR department if your internship qualifies as full-time employment or not. Do let me know if it all worked out.
Hi! This was insighful! Thank you. Quick question: I have uploaded the documents on the VFS portal, do we still need to send the photocopies of documents along with our application?
You won't need to if you have uploaded everything. However for your biometric appointment carry all the originals along with their photocopies. You never know when you might need it.
Great video. Can you please elaborate that if I plan to do 1 month elective after PLAB 2 and stay at my relative's house for that 1 month how should I got about explaining it. And do I need to attach further documents like proof of relationship, their bank statements, residence ownership, aside from the document you attached about your friend?
Hi Zaara. I've actually broken the whole visa application process down in a lot of detail. Assuming you are applying for your PLAB 2 these sources should prove quite helpful: 1) Visa documents: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Y4UIaR4TioQ.html 2) Cover letter: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OCiN_3y0uyQ.html 3) Online application: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5MwTjTMaGcY.html 4) Common mistakes to avoid: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IEgE8cP4GCo.html 5) Detailed blog on all things PLAB and visit visa guidance: roadtouk.com/category/plab-2-planning/ Hope they help. Best of luck!
Hello! I was applied for UK visitor visa for a week long fellowship, on Nov 22 and received refusal letter via email on Dec 4. How ever, i am planning to reapply on the same week. Previously, I didn't submit any cover letter. Now, I undeestood how it is powerful. Thanks
Hi Meki! Alot goes into the visa application. You should consider things like is your fellowship paid or not as well. And are you selecting the correct purpose of visit. And yes cover letters are great for explaining your circumstances.
The short answer is no. Ticket you don't have to book or pay for at all. However you do need some sort of evidence for accommodation. Unfortunately most places will only give you a booking confirmation after taking the payment. However not all places are like that.
What if I don't have the plab-2 exam date and I want to go there to attend the academy and then book the date afterwards while being in the uk?.. is it possible?
Hello thanks for your videos! Please I’m a student and my uncle is sponsoring me with a closing balance of 2,200 pounds and he stated he will be sponsoring me with 1500 pounds ... I only provided my school documents to prove I’m a student with no bank statement... please will that affect my visa
Thank you Dr Wajih for all your videos. I am a housewife and my husband is my sponsor also I have been unemployed for five years is it going to affect my visa?
Please let me know do I need cover letter for applying Medical visa for UK ? I am going UK to get my Cardiac surgery done so please guide me should I submit a cover letter for explaining my case ?
My family lives in Punjab and I am working in Himachal, India. Should I mention about it? Then would also have to attach my rent agreement or my utility bills (with my name on it) or my family's would be sufficient?
So based off your comments its my understanding that you currently live in a rented property closer to were you work. However your permanent address is with your family in Punjab. The way I would tackle this situation would be to clarify your circumstances in your cover letter. Provide documents for both places. Again. You can find my list of documents here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Y4UIaR4TioQ.html
Dear wajih. I just had this question that how much money should i show in my bank statement and how much money should it constantly contain every month before i submit my visa application?
Hi. There is no fixed number. The general rule of thumb that most IMGs use is to have more than 3 times the amount you intend to spend in the UK. So for example if you plan to spend 2000 GBP on your PLAB 2 trip then you should show at least 6000 GBP in your account. But there really is no magic number.
Hi Badaru. Please be very careful to ensure that the dates you mention for your reason of visit line up with your travel plan. Hope it all worked out for you.
Hi I applied for standard visitor visa for study purpose but was refused is it okay if I reapply and clarify the points for refusal the same week? Or will I most likely get refused but I think they misunderstood because they mentioned I haven’t traveled for 10 years when I clearly attached my residence card and visas I have residence in Japan and travelled to many other countries
So my understanding is that there is no time limit on when you can reapply provided you can prove that your circumstances have changed favourably to address all the points that they mentioned in the rejection letter.
@@drwajih32 thanks! I also think they didn’t even check my documents nor passport thoroughly which is weird ? Had this ever happened or have u heard of such cases?
Hello doctor, I have applied for a tourist standard visa for 6 months... As I'm still a student this is kind of a vocation solo trip for me... The entire expense is sponsored by my cousin brother... Any advice for a person like me who have no family in uk, and the only intention is tourism.... My sponser is my cousin brother who is also in india
I'm not the expert on what to do about rental properties but mentioning that you live in a rented property should be fine. Your tenancy agreement will be proof enough.

Hi. This video pertains only to the standard visitor visa with the purpose of visit as business. Are you talking about a particular visa category or purpose of visit?
Dr. Wajih somehow i came across your video, thanks for this in 1st place. Now i have some questions regarding investments + visa. I am from Turkey. Could you please share me your email I'd or contact number. I can share you both if you feel comfortable :)
Glad you liked the video. You can reach me on my instagram: instagram.com/dr_wajih_official?igsh=dHp0eTc0bHNnNnE4 But please note I don't give financial or professional advice of any kind.
@drwajih32 - Thanks a lot. I'm not a fan of social media 😊 do not have Insta or Twitter, etc. I just want to have some local friendly advice on medical investment I'm thinking of doing in London. It can be on a cup of tea or lunch or dinner, too, since I will be travelling to London soon. Well, I will leave this to you. Thanks for your time 😊
