Hey i also want to join surgical training under NHS but no one have ever encourage me..they always said NHS dont prefer IMG for surgery rare chance and the big query they didnt allow much for procedures u work like a observer here. Plz tell is it so???
No that's not true. You have an equal chance like everybody else. The procedure thing is true because you need it recorded in a proper uk pansurgical logbook. But I didn't have any procedures to my name when I entered training.

Pretty much the same as for the original standard visitor visa but additionally you'd need documents from your Trust like the acceptance letter for attachment . Obviously you'd need to show sufficient funds to last the increased time and accomodation details. You should consider going through gov.uk for the most accurate information. Unfortunately I can't state all the documents needed in one comment. Plus some documents might be specific to you based on your personal circumstances.

No your name needs to be the same as on your degree and passport. If any mistake was made you'll have to wait while they get back to you with corrections.

I think a common mistake is to focus too much on your back-up plan and not give your actual goal the time and energy it deserves. If you're spending all your time in a punishing rota to secure Plan B then you're far less likely to have the time or energy required to make Plan A work.
Hi, need some help regarding epic. I’m having trouble with it, when I login I get a note saying, you don’t have valid epic form. Idk what to do kindly help me with this
Not sure if that will be enough time. The process is variable so there's no set time limit. I believe I got it completed in 1 month. But my wife got it completed in 1 day. So it's totally variable.

I'll make a note of that to explain. There's quite a lot of scope of it in Pakistan because we have a lot of hospitals that need good managers. A quick Google search should tell you about the programs offered.

We use different dates in my country. I have sent an email to EPIC talking about this. Do you think they would allow me to change the dates I have entered? And also I have written MBBS as title but later I have found it Doctor of Medicine in my country (again different systems) and I have talked about this too. I have already paid 130$ so I am anxious right now. I would appreciate your thoughts

You can do a clinical attachment on other visas as well. However for most people that don't already have a leave to remain in the UK it will be the standard visitor visa.

Depends on what way you are applying for your gmc registration. This video has been made for those applying via the plab route. And final medical diploma means your mbbs degree.

I'll be sharing more detailed guidance in an upcoming video. But essentially: 1) Create an online portfolio and fill in CBDs, Mini-Cexs, reflections, basically everything you do on a daily basis. 2) Read up on trust guidelines + common pathologies in your specialty to show your medical knowledge 3) Network with people especially consultants and show them your enthusiasm 4) Offer to help in whatever capacity you are allowed to history, exam, procedure, discharge letter (depends on if you have full GMC registration already or not) 5) Offer to help with projects like audits and researches (but read up on the basics before offering) 6) Be friendly and approachable. If you can bring some chocolates for the staff and consultants as a kind gesture that may leave a good impression as well. More detailed guidance to follow in the upcoming videos.

If your parent is sponsoring you then yes you have to attach their bank statements. If you are sponsoring yourself then you have to attach your bank statements. If your family is part sponsoring but you are paying for part of your journey then both parties need to attach their bank statements.

Northern ireland is part of the United Kingdom. So if you have a work permit for the UK then you can also work in northern ireland provided you got a job here. Southern ireland however is different and the process for working is not one I'm familiar with.
