Have you been wanting to use different pens for different thickness and colors in your Cricut Maker or Explore Machine? These pen adapters from Craverland are my favorite to use with my machines. These adapters will fit the Explore Air, Explore Air 2, Maker and Maker 3. THEY DO NOT FIT THE JOY
Please keep in mind using any non cricut tool or adapter in your machine does void you warranty. Your warranty is one year from the date of purchase of the machine. After one year there is no more warranty and you can use anything you want. As I state in the video I have used these for several years many many times with zero issues.

I have other sets from the same company for the Joy and I can use Maker pens in the Joy as well as other pens and also my scoring stylus. They all work great.. No problems at all

Aah thank you! I know this sounds stupid, but I didn’t know how far to put the pen in the adaptor, or how far to put the adaptor in the clamp. Hopefully now I can be brave and give it a go!

I create personalized scrolls with my EA2, so it was imperative that I find a way to use other pens, especially since Cricut doesn’t sell individual pens (I use a lot of black). So I already purchased those exact adapters and bought pens shown in their pamphlet. Not sure how Cricut would be able to tell if you used the adapters. They even have an adapter that fits the Cricut pens, so no need to struggle with removing the Cricut adapter each time. Thanks for the videos. 👍🏼❤️

How cool! I bet those scrolls are neat. I agree there is no way Cricut would know about you changing adapters but you know I gotta say it because someone will do something dumb and then say I said it was ok LOL

I actually have some of these adapters and I bought some pens with the grip and it didn't fit but I just took a knife and cut the grip off and it fits perfectly in the adapter. Thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful ideas

I've always been nervous to use the adaptors with my EA2 because I have a hard time getting the original adaptor out and feel like I'm going to break it. The ones for the joy I use all the time because you just place it in there, you don't have to pop anything out.

Yes different color adapaters are different sizes for the different pens

How do I calibrate for draw and cut, or just to calibrate for a sharper clean vinyl cut ?

You don’t. There is no such thing as calibration. Usually the poor cut quality is caused by some pretty simple solutions. Your image isn’t clean, your blade needs replaced or you’re using bad vinyl.
