I loved the points you made about being a researcher and a teacher. And I really appreciate this video for giving such a fresh outlook on what "diversity" can mean. HOWEVER when it comes to the points of being an extrovert and a friendly person/family person it related back to being an only child from a single-parent household. Being a POC, only child and having a single parent are pretty "diverse" in itself imo. those are boxes that not everyone can tick off. It's a great video tho❤️ I was stuck about the diversity essay and this gave me a lot of ideas/ways i can look at this essay topic. That said, do you think mentioning religion is a good idea?
