Rohil Gupta Check if they have the provision of writing a Reconsideration letter. In the rejection letter that you've received, check for the word "Widerspruch". If there is a word like that, try to translate what they wrote on Google, talk to the Studierendenservice and get going with writing the reconsideration letter

Cant they reject you on the ground that they have a limited number of seats and they found more qualified people to fill them? When they reject a student do they refund the money? And yes, it will be very helpful if you can do a course on German language. Your videos are very helpful. Thank you.
You can't do anything in the case where they say that they found more qualified people than you. The situation where you can do something is when they say that you don't qualify for the Masters program, in which case you just get to them all kind of papers that you can to build your case on why you know you are qualified for the specific program.
Hi Bharat, my preferred University TUHH have rejected my application saying I don't have enough academic marks. But they haven't mentioned as to how much is the cut-off. Can you please, please help me build my case?
Great video! I have a doubt though. If we have to send additional certificates like German language proof, extra courses like Ansys, python etc. Can we send the copy of the original or do we have to get it notarized too like degree and transcripts
In Widerspruch what to be mention.... like only technical stuffs as u have mention or all the extra curricular academic achievements starting from the school time.
Hi Bharat Thanks for such informative video. You are doing a great job. I just had one doubt . How long does it take for universities to reconsider and reply back ? ( specifically TUHH) I was rejected for MSc. Mechatronic and then had applied for revaluation as suggested by you in your previous video. I got a mail from them saying that they will reconsider but since then haven't heard anything from them . Any idea how much time would it take ? Thanks
Hi Prateek! It takes around 4-6 weeks for university to reply back. But it's actually funny because in Akshay's case, they just gave an answer in just 12 days. In my case, they took around 5 weeks. Depends from university to university.
Heya Bharat My friend got rejection from TUHH He has 8.01/10.00 ptr (73%) 6.5 IELTS band Final year topper Rank certificate 9 international paper publication And ccna and several course certificied He got a rejection on basis of subject not matching with course But the subject clearly match Yet all studebts got the same mail So u think he is eligible for tuhh and for reconsideration

Bro, I got rejection letter from Ingolstadt. Reason: I didn't upload the extra 30 ECTS point documents. So should I go for reconsideration letter or not ? What it costs? Is it okay if I write that, my university had not counted self study hours in credit system with official proof? Do intership count in ECTS ? Dear Bharat, I have received a rejection letter from HS Osnabruck stating that I have insufficient english language requirements skills for the program, but before applying, I have emailed them, and a certain employee from the admissions committee, Mrs. Aylin Luhning has replied back saying that my MBA from the USA can be used to waive my english language requirements. I have used that email which was sent to me to make a strong case for my argument, and when I emailed and also with the hlelp of my german girlfriend, called the admissions committee member who is assigned to handle questions regarding rejections (Mrs. Kolchmeyer), she agreed that the mistake is on their side and that they will take a look at the application once again. But the very next day, I get a very blunt email from her saying that my application is rejected because my motivation letter was missing. I am absolutely sure that I have included the motivation letter in my package that I sent them from India. This almost sounds like they dont wanna accept that the mistake is on their side and they just want to cite absurd reasons which cannot be verified to reject my application. Please advise me on what to do.
Alright. That's pretty shady. The thing is, it's true that many of the students english language requirements are waivered off because of their study in States, UK, Canada and Australia, and that email will surely be used to make a proper counter argument against their rejection because it's their own fault. An appeal is a legally binding that means in the end, they will have to give you proper letter for rejection because the same case can be used against them in the court. The 'Widerspruch' is still more of an inofficial way of handling things for the university. So, many a times students are successful while appealing. I would suggest you to apply for an appeal in a proper format and attaching all the screenshots and emails of your conversation with the university as documents. What will be even better is, if we can get it attested by a lawyer on the front page of the Widerspruch. Meanwhile, we can also write them an email with Fachschaftsrat in cc

Look, there are people I know who have gotten admission with worse numbers in English speaking course. Try to find some less known universities and apply to as many universities as you can. Or you can study in a German speaking masters program where there is no competition at all. If you dream of something, you always find out ways. That's how your attitude should be.

Hey. First of all you should see if in the rejection letter that you received, there is a provision for writing a reconsideration letter. The case that I showed in the video and my case, they both had the provision of writing a reconsideration letter, "right to appeal" or "Widerspruch". That is actually a pretty stupid reason. Generally they let you apply after you are in 6th sem of your Uni with a Certificate from the University where the HOD tells you the approximate date, when you will leave the school. You can give that certificate with the University Transcript for 6 sems for application. Also talk to the international office of the University.

But as bharat said rwth doeant have a provision for reconsideration letter, so what did u do in your case? Please let me know about this becoz the reason for rejection states that my bachelor’s course doesnt meet qualifications and credits for masters course. But infact it does..
