Honestly, this is the best information I have seen or read that succinctly typifies what a memoir is. Until your video I had no idea how to portray my antagonist without transferring my intense rage onto the page and exposing their manipulative behaviors. I knew I was tackling my memoir in the wrong way but couldn't see the forest for the trees. I now get it - let the reader decide through the telling and showing of my experiences and emotions, just as my therapist does!

So happy to hear it was helpful! It's always easier to see (and solve) this issue in others' stories than in your own!
