Love your videos, they really motivate me and help! But I'm going to attend high school ope gym from now till the season starts. I'm currently an 8th grader and nervous to show my talent with older kids. Any tips on how to not be nervous to play with confidence?

Hey coach, You’ve helped me alot in my journey and I’ve gotten better but there are problems that I know that no video or google search can help or detangle, how do I just let go of the bar of help like from you, yt and other people and learn to grow from myself and teach myself how to get better at the art and craft. Another problem I’m dealing with, sorry, the more I seem to train and just try to grow from the game I see myself playing worser and feeling like I just can’t, I still love and look forward every day to go and train but when I do, nothing clicks, I know reverse effort law but this feels different as in like I’m ready for the game to be my teacher but the game doesn’t want to teach? Thanks for reading if u can god bless :)

Really good observation: the best we can provide is to point in the right direction, but most people confuse the pointing for the direction. So watching these videos also requires a strong level of active mind (that is, thinking for yourself). We do have a guide on this concept, which I'll link for you below. Please anyone help me my left leg pains like cramps when i am playing ball it pains in the joint just below the butt l am not able to play to my full maximum please help 🤦‍♂️

if it happens after your game then it’s soreness, if it’s like a ongoing pain like a constant pain it might be tight hips, hamstrings or maybe glutes, try stretching them and cold bath after your workouts and if that doesn’t work it might be some other muscles or some nerve being pinched, I’m no expert but I’ve dealt with a lot of these. I might be able to help if u can give me sum more info on it

It could be a number of things, and would be best checked by a doctor. Most of us here aren't qualified, not really able to, diagnose your situation without being there in person. So check with your doctor and go from there - Simon, Team DeepGame
