This is an absolutely WONDERFUL documentary!! I bought a pair of petrified ear weights tonight and wanted to learn more about this beautiful part of our amazing world and universe.. peace and love to all who read this
Thank you for this. I spent way too long trying to find this perfectly explained brief and concise video here in Decemeber 2021 cuz youtube removed the dislike tally ratio.
Takes me about a year to petrify things, not just wood. Some times a little over a year and some times a little under a year. It all depends on What I'm using for the process. I have never ever used volcanic anything. Mud and water. Anti-freeze engine coolant works really good.
@@laagan27 I submerged my wood under my blankets, and when I wake up in the morning, I'll have some solid petrified wood... I also take chaga and Reishi 3 times a day which seems to help tremendously..
The world is blind, it looks, but it cannot see what is right under its nose. Speaking of petrified trees; let’s talk about Mount Roraima for example: The stone plateau of Mount Roraima in Venezuela (about two kilometers in diameter) and all the stone plateaus (perhaps millions of them) that exist around the world with similar shapes, are nothing more than trunks of giant trees that had life millions of years ago and were cut down in turn by giant people; truly gigantic, up to 2kms. of height. In fact, the trunk of Mount Roraima was cut at 400 MS Tall. The magnetic field that allowed that giant tree to suck all the thousands of gallons of water it needed for its daily life is still acting in the place where its trunk was left (now petrified), which is why they descend from the plateau of Mount Roraima for all year round several springs of fresh and good water, which would not happen if it were only stored rainwater, since the stored water is quickly depleted. Quartz is petrified wood, and on the plain of the Roraima plateau there is a lot, a lot of quartz. The graves of those super giant characters are all over the planet. Most of the great mountains and hills that we see covered with earth are actually the graves of giants; They are petrified under the earth of those very great mountains. With the passage of time, in many places parts of these bodies have been exposed: in drone videos, remains of the shapes of a face are sometimes discovered; of one leg with its foot; a hand; a gigantic femur; cranial concavities that weigh hundreds of tons and have served as houses for ancient men, etc. Sometimes these remains of giants are so large that only the height of a drone can define the shapes. That the tectonic masses were compressed against each other to form the ranges of our great rocky mountains, pure story. The great trees were cut down, torn into pieces and scattered throughout the planet to create all those beauties of wood, which then petrified within a favorable climate and today are our great rocky mountains. I am amazed that our "great scientists" have never realized that all the marble that exists on our planet comes from giant petrified trees; with colors and betas according to the varieties of wood that gave them origin. It is enough to make the comparison between our polished wood and polished marble, to know that both things come from the same origin; Furthermore, small pieces of petrified trees when polished are pure marble. Every tree is a great factory of chemical compounds. I leave it here, because this topic is infinite, at least for those of us who are not so scientific...
Considering the location and the proximity to the Arizona crater, do you think the impact had anything to do with the cracking as well? The entire area to me looks a lot like the impact tremors did a real "shakedown" on it. That's just my opinion of course.
Exactly, in description of this video comes "How does a tree last over 200 million years?"...They are trees, but not only that I add even if it was stone from the beginning , how can a stone not be disturbed and stays there not covered or buried with dusts or etc. for 200 milloin years! 0:31
If it takes a year to petrify wood and we know the ingredients why don't we petrify wood in a controlled environment? Some of this sounds plausible but the idea that carbon based life turns to silicon, feels odd to me.
0:31 Not only in this video but unanimously in all petrified forest videos the cross section of those cuts in logs they are all precision flat and especially precision perpendicular to the length of the logs, why? If they were cut or cracked by nature they should be jagged at the cracked sutrface or at least not so precision perpendicular to the length of the logs
You'll always finds lightning in and around volcanic eruptions if they're large/powerful enough. Lightning arises from colliding, fragmenting particles of volcanic ash which in turn generates static electricity in the volcanic plume causing lightning my homie.
volcanoes are from ancient trees that reached a huge altitude and received huge electrical discharges, they caught fire mainly inside them, and in the root system, and exploded, some of them are still active today.
If the process Petrification is not completely understood how can be that scientist You have this process as something that is real Bl, if you are supposed to be able to reproduce the process completely several times and confirm that this is what happened and that this is the process!
petrification substances due to alchemy of the past. we dont know the mixtures but the ancient does kept hidden in the oldest library known to existence.
No it doesn't, what are you even talking about? You don't know better than people who actually study this stuff for a living, if you think your ideas are better then publish your own research and get it accepted by the scientific community, otherwise you're just spewing nonsense
This video is only explaining an UNproving theories of how wood is petrified, but yet NO scientist on Earth can replicate the process of using compressed volcano lava and water, etc... Viewers need to questioned this kind of absurd theories.
There's an impressive amount of stupid in these comments. Too many people here saw Avatar and believe that trees can get that big. Devil's Tower ain't a freakin' tree 🙄
thank earth 4 volcanos 4 destroying our wonderfull forests, yet preserving fragments for yogi bear rangers to unexsplain it with retoric fresh from indoctrination facilaties.LOL .its not been cut it just looks like it,all b it identical to a saw cut,BArrrhaha ha brillant detective.
I’m Diné. I can actually VERIFY, that the logs WERE cut, by our ancestors. Make your own HIStory, but we know…the truth, the whole truth and nuthin but the truth. We used to live it too, til #occupation. But in a decade, mark my words, we will be leaders of sustainability and productivity for our people, then the world. WalkINBeauty 🪶🕊️
