I'm in Michigan and I have been locating funds for myself, family and friends without a fee for about 8 years. How do I become licensed to help others and be compensated for it?
Hey David great material as usual I truly enjoy the information that I get from you I was just curious to ask, how soon do you think you will be able to pay off your course fee once you sign on with you guys?
Hi David, I’d love to hear more about becoming a finder in California. I am a teacher this would be a great supplement for my upcoming retirement. Thanks, Richard

Hello! Interested in trying this. Can you recommend where to search, and how to be licensed..? Is it a public thing or must I attended school? Thank you
Hello, I come across your advertisement here. I’ve been getting text messages saying that I have unclaimed money. I don’t think I would have unclaimed money I mean I live from paycheck to paycheck I’m partly retirement I work two days a week and retire the rest I mean I don’t make that much money, but how would I have unclaimed funds and they send it to me all the time that can’t be legit while they’re sending me that kind of money
You can check at the state level and see. If you lost a property that was sold at an auction you may also have unclaimed funds. You can reach out to us and we can assist you if you would like.
Sometimes they do and really they do not need me. Building a rapport with client and educating them they have unclaimed funds is the start. Why do people pay 5 times higher for chopped lettuce vs a head of lettuce? Convenience. You have to make it easy for your client. I hope that helps.
Thank you for your thoughtful and honest response. Yes, that makes sense. There is always a premium for convenience. I appreciate you making that distinction and being transparent about the process.@@davidchurch6133
Ian are you talking tax overages? State overages would be with Nevada. Some areas are taking longer on tax overages. What I am finding is waiting takes time, but if you are consistent once that times comes the checks start rolling in.
Hi thanks for the video. For California how and where do I get registered? For example what is the website and title for what I am registering for? I know states have different names for this position
Texas is an easy state to work. You do need to register with the state and become a PI but it's not that hard to do. You will need to clear fingerprints as well.
We have all sorts of free training. There are different levels we have - we have a free state funds course. If you want higher programs we offer that too.
@@shariwilson97 FL has changed their laws since I have done this video. I now work in FL and get 30%. When I did this video that was not the case. That goes with what I always teach - know your state laws and be familiar with them.
Hi somehow the question i left yesterday seems to have disappeared. Im wondering as far as finding money for large companies even fortune 500 companies, who can i contact within these companies and try and make a deal with them. In your experience are they willing to pay to have their properties returned or do they just treat it as a write off or something.
Yes I answered that question. I know people that have retrieved for large corps, it is just getting your foot in the door. I would recommend starting off for smaller companies and working your way up.
