HOW VIDEO EDITORS PRIORTIZE MENTAL HEALTH 

I've been searching for a video like this, there's so much mental health/self-help videos today but I rarely see any specific self-help/mental health vids for video editors. I've been doing freelance since I was 18 y.o. and I'm 25 now, and I honestly do not remember when I took a full break. (I take vacations but even then I have to grind before the vacation, and deal with the backlogs after the vacation + thinking about work while in the vacation xD) I hope this video reaches more people, especially video editors, it's really a huge help. Thank you.
