@@symeremeyers4148 he was blue. You know that your skin doesn’t keep the same color your whole life lol. he’s a bunch of years older. Of course his skin color changed
@@thehatter9400 Jedi don’t wear armor (except for Obi Wan/Anakin) like how clones/stormtroopers do so slug launchers would be quite effective against them
Just to be clear about the live-action version; His skin was pale because A) He’s old as fuck by this point, and B) He’s a blue pigmented alien with damp skin cooking under the heat and light of TWO suns.
@@patosala4328 But what everyone is saying makes a lot of sense. You think he would look exactly the same his whole life?? Are you saying Cad Bane has eternal youth? Think man, think!!!
Yeah but he’s also an alien and spends a lot of time on different planets, atmosphere, gravity and such would prolly affect the rate at which your body deteriorates.
I literally started screaming when I saw him in ep6 and my family didn’t know who it was cause he was still barely visible on the horizon, I knew who it was the second he appeared on screen
@@Thomas20Smith It doesn’t seem like he died. I’m pretty sure he got shot in the side. If my memory serves me correct, it looks like they were patching him up
@@titan1umtitan Blasters dont work the same as projectiles. His body was basically entirely blasted with energy. Durasteel and Baskar absorb that energy, but still keep the impact, which is why storm troopers still fall in battle. They arent dead, just knocked out.

I've noticed something in multiple of his fights. He also has a strategy when fighting Jedi. His number 1 goal is to disarm the jedi of their lightsaber, then he would put himself in a seemingly disadvantageous position, which is just a bait to wait for the Jedi to either use the force or something to get their lightsaber back, and during that moment he strikes with an electric shock to knock em out.
I think if din djarin fights cad bane he could easily defeat them with his whistling birds, unless cad bane had something up his sleeve, but if we get to see cad vs boba that’s going to be freaking awesome
Pretty sure he doesn't have anymore of those and even if he did it wouldn't do much if you fly away lol. But in all seriousness I'm pretty sure cad bane would win he just has more experience fighting stronger people.
@@explosive4604 well he does still have them We see them in like episode 5 of book of boba also he has Bhaskar armor….and he has the Dark saber which is stronger than a normal light saber also He has the disintegration gun and bane is also old like really old if this was 30 years old bane then maybe but Mandalorians are known Warriors it’s not gonna be easy kill him
In the clone wars show, they were many instances where anakin or obi wan could use the force to smash someone on a wall and knock them out. But they didn’t do anything and then they got defeated.
Cad Bane is my favourite non-force using character ever since I watched The Clone Wars, especially because he literally 1v2 people of which 1 was Obi-Wan Kenobi!! He even stole his saber if I'm not mistaken and wielded it for a minute 🤣🤣🤣 what a fucking legend!!
CAD Bane was my favorite bounty hunter ever since he was first introduced. I really love what they did with them in the show even though he didn't show up too much but when he did it was awesome. Hands down CAD Bane was the greatest thing that ever happened to Star Wars.
This is the only reason. There is no way he would win against a Jedi if it was written correctly unless they get the drop on them. A jedi just need to force push him and gg, guy has no force defense
@@sonofliber lol. Force push wouldnt do shit. Force push from jedi doesnt actually really hurt people. All it would do would keep cad at distance...usually where a sharpshooter would prefer to be. No, jedi are NOT all powerful. Cad banes victories are not plot armor. Hes just fucking good. And specifically well equipped to handle jedi.
@@johnathanera5863 Seeing how there are quite literally dozens of examples within TCW itself, from early season versions of Ahsoka upwards, of Jedi killing or otherwise instantly knocking out humanoid combatants with a single Force Push, you are evidently either full of hot, steaming shit, or have no earthly fucking idea what your babbling about. Which, granted, judging by the fact you are unironically going to bat for somebody who 1v2'd 2 Jedi Masters simultaneously because hE's sOoOo CoOOooL aND QuRky, uWu, I'd lean towards both being true. Here's a fun thought experiment for you, though; go ahead and explain why there is not a single case of a Jedi using the Force to simply pull his pistols out of his hands in any of the MANY lulls or short breaks that occur. He isn't Force sensitive, nor is he particularly superhumanly strong, meaning he has zero defense against such. And while your at it, you can also go ahead and explain why he virtually never has his shots deflected back into his very unarmored body. Or, alternatively, you could simply just....hm, perhaps not try to pretend TCW's hilariously laughable writing with things like Bane is AkShUaLly brilliant, and stop lapping up Uncle Filioni's sloppy seconds? There's a thought.
@@csguy3223 "....to simply pull his pistols out of his hands in any of the MANY lulls or short breaks that occur...." Reading iz hawrd, uWu. Fucking Christ. Not that this really consistutes an argument to begin with, because not only is not actually true, but it doesn't even begin to address ANYTHING else mentioned.
When I saw cad bane show up out of no where at the town against the sheriff I lost it. (They kinda did his face dirty) but I’m so hyped he’s back in action
@@Mason-is4mr I know any force user could just crush you brain or heart I would think and instant game over. Vader force choked people over holo calls from who knows how far away
@@johno1544 Well to be fair Anakin was basically force Jesus and Luke is the son of said force Jesus, perhaps not the best examples to take. Maybe lower ranking jedi would be more prone to try and choke an opponent if on the brink of defeat, but since they'd have very little experience with the technique, they wouldn't be able to fully crush the windpipe? Also the breethers make him resistant to gas (which Cad himself uses) and some other hazardous conditions, just being cautious I guess. Idk I'm trying to find a justification lol.
@@smallone2351 he kinda does, in theory a jedi could just force push him into a wall, floor or ceiling and pin him there (like Sidious did to Maul and Savage during their duel) then knock him out or kill him with ease. The sole reason Bane could take on Jedi is because they were so reluctant to kill or injure people regardless of their intentions.
@@II-df6dw "in theory a jedi could just force push him into a wall, floor or ceiling and pin him there" That's not how the force work. If they can just do that then why wouldn't they force push every clone/droid that wants to kill them? Jedi has to focus when they want to use the force. They can't just force push people and blocking blaster fire at the same time.
@@II-df6dw not how the force works, not to mention the force uses an immense amount of concentration and its like using a muscle u cant just use it whenever or for however long. Bane knew this and would immediately counter so that the force user couldn't concentrate or have the time to use the force, bane isnt dumb he knows how to counter force sensitives, not to mention in alot of his fights with them he gets close cuz the most dangerous thing u can do while fighting one is be at a distance, jedi nor sith are trained in hand to hand combat like mandalorians are and bane learned from jango and learned his ways. He also have weapons to use in close range bane doesn't need "plot armor" cuz hes his own plot armor
one thing I never understood: force choke is used multiple times to kill ppl and far as I get it only powerful jedi/sith can use it. but crushing or choking ppl with telekinesis (which imo is close enough a comparison) is way to unreliable. if you could actually move another person's insides to kill them why not just move something in their brain? a single popped blood vessel would be enough to instantly kill most anyone without the trouble of countermeasures like breathing tubes. also I imagine it to be way more energy efficient, tho I'm not sure if using the force actually costs some kind of energy
Using the force is like using a muscle u have to have immense concentration and focus, not to mention be in a state to where u dont strain urself using the force to be able to pull something like that off which would leave u vulnerable and an easy target cuz ur giving up all sense for around u.
One of my favorite Cad Bane moments is when you see him for the first time again in Bad Batch, and you don’t see him at first, but you hear the most western cowboy pistol draw music sounding like it came out of RDR2, with a touch of Star Wars and it made my day watching that episode I loved it
I like how they see Jango fett as the best bounty hunter to roam space “ Father of bounty hunters” I totally agree bane would be ranked 4th being boba fett and bossk over him Edit: I think y’all are miss reading what I said and just going off other people comments if you read clearly my rank system is 1. Jango fett 2.boba fett 3.bossk 4cad bane
Lol bosk is the number 1 joke, they litterally lade him from spare parts His suit is from another movie and his head was previously used for a background character
My theory is chad bane is slightly force sensitive as he’s gone up against deadly targets and he’s very agile too Edit: obviously a theory but it’d be cool if he was right
🛑Spoilers🛑 In episode 6 of Boba Fett, when Cad Bane was walking up through the mirage I was like oh yes. I loved how bad batch restored the hype for Cad Bane and I hope he is in more.
If theirs one thing we've learned from Darth Maul, Palpatine, Boba Fett, and Ashoka Tano. Never trust that anybody is dead or gone for good in the Star Wars universe. Especially fan favorite bad a$$ characters that everyone loves.
@@GAB-vq7re Palpatine isn't badass and his resurrection was the worst most poorly written most transparent instance of fan service in the history of any franchise.
You know, I think that Cad might have actually been able to take Vader on and hold his own. Not win mind you, but I think he'd be able to hold his own for a good long while.
Cad bane would realize Vader is too tough and would probably bail. He can’t win, but I don’t think he would die either. He’s smart enough to know which opponents he can’t beat
In one of the deleted scenes of star wars the clone wars cad bane and young Boba Fett had a duel. Cad bane died and boba would have too if not for his helmet. Hence the iconic dent. Now since it's a deleted scene I don't know how they will if at all explain it.
Alright, so, this is the first Stw video I've come across since finishing Clone Wars a few moments ago, and I know I need to vent to some people who might understand the feeling. Oh.my.GOODNESS what was the final scene??? My heart??? The last episodes were SO well done. The imagery is so strong, the soundtrack so on beat, the dialogue, the foreshadowing, everything just looks so well done, and every moment seems like its screaming what is going to happen. My gosh. I'm so heartbroken. It literally feels like I've watched the end of the world.
