Hang in there and don't settle for anything less than closest to your dreams. I remember that you have tried many times to buy a farm and even traveled for ten hours and several days to find a suitable house around Norway... But don't despair. You will reach your goal. Another great video from Østerdalen in Norway where I used to spend my summer vacation every year from 1980 to 1990. Beautiful nature and lots of tracks for hiking around Femund lake. Both on the East side (Elgå) and west side Sømådalen and Buvika where I have relatives living. Hope you can find some farmland to buy there, the people are always friendly and helpful in that area.
