Thx for this vid doc! Never had an issue during my lifetime,I’m 62, 5’5” normal weight, this began 3yrs back started having these new& extremely frightening episodes out of the blue of just suddenly collapsing😰no lightheadedness or dizziness or pre-warning, I’m always alone when it happens, first episode I was just standing calmly, looking out my window, happy as can be watching birds at my feeder, all of a sudden I feel &very quickly as if being sucked away by some kind of vacuum or force!? I fall straight down! reaching out for something cuz I’m leaving this world, lose consciousness for a very brief time, when I come to I’m unable to recover right away, I’ve had quite a few near death experiences during my lifetime always under bizarre circumstances, but not this that’s just what these feel like, but no reason or explanation why, I’ve had cardiologist, Neurlogy( actually still see my neuro) all kinds of specialists, extensive labs, specialized testing, but no answer to why this is happening to me, BP good, real scary cuz I live alone, actually 2 days ago I started feeling it happening was just doing my dishes, collapsed in front of my sink, I was so scared just as I explained above, when I come to now,I am extremely fatigued and recovering is slower. Anything, ANYTHING u can suggest we’d be greatly appreciated. Thanks Doc… Oh Nice guitar playing, I play as well since I was 7 😄🙌✌️

There are newer technologies which can monitor heart rates for long periods of time. We often use one called a LinQ device--it's implanted in the chest and can monitor many months. This can help when we aren't sure if spells are caused by heart rhythm problems or not; at least it can sometimes eliminate the heart as a cause, too. Cardiologists often put these in. Maybe discuss this with your doctors.
