I want to commend you guys for having the integrity to turn down sponsorships from companies whose values you don't agree with. It's rare to see that these days, especially on RU-vid. :) And thank you for making so many great pilates/yoga/fitness videos. You're one of my go-to channels whenever I want to workout. They're always so challenging (in a good way) and really tone me up as well. Can I request though for you to do maybe a beginner's guide to yoga/pilates? I'm not the most flexible person and sometimes it does get quite hard to keep up with some of the moves. I know you've got some flexibility videos but I'm thinking like maybe something that ensures our poses and stances are correct? Again, thank you for putting in the hard work that you do and the energy you guys give out!

I just wanted to say thank you for posting this video particularly about you pet, even though it's so unnecessary to have to explain to people all the details from your situation. As a pet owner myself, I completely relate to the bittersweet moment when you have to choose to leave them behind when you travel. Honestly, it's hard enough to plan a trip for two people that involves jumping from country to country on a budget, let a,one with an animal. I'm a big follower of you both and have been deeply touched by your recent adventures and lifestyle- because of you I now practice yoga and meditation daily when before it was almost impossible to get into a rhythm. You are genuinely good people and I think that anyone who watches your videos should be able to figure that out pretty quickly (even though I'm not in your shoes and just a follower, it annoyed me so much to see people constantly asking you about your dog even after you gave a thorough explanation). Anyways, keep up the beautiful work and thank you for being so open. I know it's crazy to say that watching your channels and following your journey has changed my life, but it really has and I can't be more thankful to you. Namaste

Prince is so adorable! I'm sure you guys miss him a ton. We have a rescue dog as well, Asia. She's a Pitbull. We lived in São Paulo, Brazil for four years and we were lucky, because at the time she was one year old and could travel in a regular crate and she didn't have to quarantined. But coming back to the States with her was such a crazy situation, so I completely understand why you would leave Prince in Canada. And good for you for not giving up on him. He's a better dog and you're people for continuing to give him love. I'm obsessed with your videos! I do any one of them two to three times a week. So keep it up! Hi Mark and Juliana, I've been following you guys for months now and I love all your videos! I get excited when RU-vid emails me to say you have uploaded a new video. My flexibility has already improved so much (which I never thought was possible) and I love the fact you are outside in nature. I'm a photographer and my studio is based in a small piece of woodland which is where I watch your channel and do your workouts so I feel like I'm there with you. Sometimes leaving a dog behind is harder on the people than on the dog! --- I massively appreciate you sharing how you make your money! You made the right decision for your baby/dog. I'm sure he is super happy with your Mom. I wish I had of traveled when I was young - I am jealous for sure. Keep doing what you are doing. Safe travels. I think you are right that as Canadians we stay inside alot during winter. I have a huge french mastif "Karma" who I take for a walk down to a city farm every day. I am lucky to live on a green belt with a brooke and walking trails behind my city home. Once I started taking Karma out no matter what the weather and taking my camera with me I started appreciating nature in all it's not so warm parts. I love summer walks, but having a large dog really gets you out and seeing "winter" up close.
