Hey, I've followed all the steps in your tutorial, but now I'm facing issues with blacklisting due to private email MX records. What should I do? Should I proceed with the campaigns despite being on 4 blacklists before sending a single email? Is there a way to fix this issue, or should I proceed as is? I've been blacklisted by UCEPROTECTL3 and Suomispam Reputation for mx1 and mx2 private email records.

Austin thank you for providing so much value in this video! But i have a question and i hope for your reply. For example you send 1000 of emails every day from your 21 email addresses. SO does this number of 1000 of emails count Follow Ups? I mean if you do a follow up in 2 days after an initial email so in 3 days you will send 2000 of emails (totally with follow ups) and so far and so fourth exponentially. What do you do in that case ? And do you do follow ups? Answer please

Please explain the difference between instantly and mailchimp? I don't understand the need for all of the domains, shouldn't their be a way to buy an email user that is able to send out more than 50 emails a day? Happy with all of this info.

QUESTION: Great video really. Is the reason that you buy different domains instead of using one domain to create 20-30 emails that the reputation of one domain can be hurt by each individual email adress so it's less risky to have more domains with three email adresses each?
I disagree. Unless you're able to target prospects with high buying intent. Even the best online stores in the world have low conversion rates. But because these sites have so much traffic, they can still generate vast revenue. People often won't buy even if the offer is fantastic, and that's because it's not the right time.
Hi Austin, thanks for the great video. How many positive responses can we expect for a software company? In our experience, over 50% of those 3% responses are something along the lines of "Don't send me messages" or "We don't need this service."
Hey - you're not wrong. Out of offices, stop, remove me from list, etc. It really ebbs and flows, especially based on copy - but maybe 1/3 are POSITIVE replies > then from that we're typically getting 2-8 appts a day from it. Would have to look at your copy and see what the funnel is.
@@thekeatonnelsonshow2802 depends on offer, messaging, speed, etc. If we get 10 positive responses, maybe 1-5% book in? Not entirely sure on that metric.

I know Zapier, it only links once the selection are properly identified. How to read the email and identify those who are interested is the problem, or can we insert a CTA like button? Yo Sergio - great question. There's a lot of variations that are tested. From a CTA perspective -- Either get them to book a call, get you to send them something and show interest, etc... Depends on niche / offer. It's all sprinkled throughout the 5-10 emails you're sending.
Would you recommend building a lead list using a list builder over using a service like apollo? For example my goal is to target startups who are looking to create promo videos for their product
I would hire a list builder that's familiar with apollo and they can build it for you. You might also find success with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lyne.ai to pull really specific prospects from too.
Do you recommend hiring to build the list from scratch or use D7 and then hiring to update the list? My niche is local service businesses and I do reputation management so the leads would need to have a low amount of google reviews. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Totally up to you. I believe Leadswift or D7 lead finder you can actually filter by # of reviews. The only problem is that it's just sometimes unreliable and not clean and requires a lot of cleaning up.
How are you sending the mail? Not a fan of what some people recommend which is buy aged GMails with wack-ass names to be emailing clients. Then I read some say don’t use your domain either

@@annkhan1348 If you "warm up" the domains - it essentially is sending e-mails back and forth, which is done in Instantly - which builds trust with the domain (2wk process). No VPN needed.

Hi please can somebody explain to me what I should do with FOLLOW UPS during High VOLUME OUTREACH. I Mean i have a norm of 30 email messages per day for example. And with time I reach the point where I will have to do follow up for my previous outreach days. So for example on the 9th or 10th day of my outreach I should do my 30 daily emails outreach with FOLLOW UPS of my previous messages ( like 30 daily emails with 30+30 follow ups of previous emails) so it's gonna be around 90 Messages per day... Isn't it harmful to send that many messages? Or how is it basically working the follow up system with high volume outreaches ?

I thought this was about how to do cold outreach the right way, but got told that it's a numbers game where it's explained how to bypass being registered as spam, and where the reply rate of 3% is considered strong... I never read those cold outreach mails because I, like everyone else, consider them spam.

If you do that, you'll burn through a domain and won't be able to safely send the volume and actually have it land in their inboxes (it'll go in spam).
Great video! I am wondering though what would be the advantage of setting up your domains/emails this way rather than just getting a google domain/email and then setting it up on Instantly in a few steps? Is there more customizability when you set up your domain this way?
