The launching of Thai food into space with a weather balloon was the brainchild of Chris Parker from Retired Working for You. He had been working on this project for almost a year.
Chris invited me to help out with some of the engineering details and also film the behind-the-scenes video for the project, which I was more than happy to do.
Chris and his team have reached the highest height of any item launched from Thailand and they also have the first-ever payload launched from Thailand to be recovered.
Pad Krapao is the world-famous fried protein and basil dish, that is one of the most popular Thai food dishes. If you have never tried this Thai delicacy and you like spicy food then you will want to give it a try.
