Yup my i601 is expedite approved but they now saying additional review, its been 4 months with expedite approved, im gonna wait until September to sue them....i filed the i601 oct 28 2020
So i went to this n400 interview and they marked civics passed! Decisiom not made!! The officer was really nice that i thought i got this but sudden surprise at the end ... you need to finish security check! My biometrics was from 2016 when i got my greencard and they reused it! And now here i am waiting! Any clue what this might be? Oh and he never asked for any documents to see - easy fast interview
My vawa card ordered, then reopened my case and didn’t get the card for security check wasn’t completed for the reason. Is it possible? Almost one year I’m still waiting my decision. What your advice please

Hi Jim. I want to know, if I get my asylum approved, would that be a problem for my siblings to travel to USA. Because my brother is planing to come here for study.
My C31 card ordered and 4 days later status changed “case reopened for reconsideration “ uscis didn’t send me the card , when I contacted to VSC officer responded that my security check wasn’t completed and for the reason they can’t send decision before security check will not be complete. How is possible? Also after 1 month my 485 transferred to NBC and then back to VSC . I got 3rd prima and 2nd WP after VSC responded. Please what your advice, is it possible? Or it’s means that I have another problem on my case and security check it’s not reason. I never had any criminal record
VSC are like that. They do two different types of checks, one is Fp and the other one is name check. Name check can take years!! Some people sue USCIS, others contact the white House ( through President's wife office), others just seat and wait and in certain circumstances it last 4-10 years!! All the best though.

Embassy told me administrative processing is completed then I submitted my passport to embassy then they told me fill out form DS5535? How long for it to be done please?
