@@merneon9115 nah I'm a red belt in taekwondo myself but I'm just saying just cause he's new to fighting and he's "humble" about it doesnt mean after he gets "good" he'll stay thata ay
People don't know how hard it is for skinny guys to put on mass. You really have to force yourself to the point you want to throw up. Then it's so easy to lose it all.
You’re doing something wrong then. I went from 6’5” 150 lbs to 195 lbs shredded in 2 years. I ate a 2,000-2,500 calorie smoothie everyday (on top of other meals) to put on my initial 20 lbs in 6 months. I also worked out pretty much everyday using calisthenics. I was eating half a jar of peanut butter a day. You can do the same, you probably just don’t have the drive to do it. This shit takes a ton of determination, hard work and most importantly of all - consistency.
Coolest thing for me about this was how inspired joe was for someone else’s progress. How he loves when people really do well. That’s honestly beautiful man
He actually is in the tail end of it, kind of, he Stared of the new gen but kinda gets so much respect and been in it for so long that you know, the rep.
You are going to get a lot of 'yeps' after you ridicule your conversation partner a few times. They have nothing else to tell you .. you shut down their heart and soul already the convo gonna be forced. Wiz playing the politician rest of the interview...
That is funny, but Whiz honestly deserved the compliments,(surprised he is that good in just over a year in the one vid!) Also intelligent folks aren't afraid to give props to the deserving like some people w/ big ego's are.
@@Emilianoo8 but there's an emptiness in the way you talk about girls. I hope you can keep distracting yourself from the real issue with all these activities. Don't bottle up the pain for too long though bro. I'm here for you of you need to talk 👊
Steamed Kappa With Soy lmao frfr last time I tried pills b4 I gave up on pills all together was 15 xans in a hour to 2 hours n didn’t feel shit I had 5 more but decided umm maybe if I gotta take 15 n don’t feel shit maybe I just gotta stop lmao
It used to be that people thought it was like impossible for super lanky lanky dudes to gain any muscle and become jacked, but to me as a fat ass I’m like... damn I’d way rather have that problem.
Yeah i eat 5 times a day. And i have gained 3 kilogram in 5 months. Working out 3x a week minimum. I feel myself getting stronger but i can't gain any weight fast. And i know from experience in a few weeks i can lose it all if i don't train and am slacking with eating. And not only healthy foods lol :P I do eat fast food and a lot of sugar aswell hahaha, i'm not a healthy eater at all so i don't get where it is going.
I like joe so much I’ve never seen a person treats everyone the same joe literally treats EVERYONE with this genuine personality and it comes off soooo good!
Such a chill podcast. The guests are more and more interesting. There's people you'd never guess would just hang out with Joe Rogan. You've come a long way, Joe. You were eye-f@#king the Khalifa Kush, though. Hahaha
Negan there’s a lot of cool rappers. Don’t be fooled by people like Travis Scott and Kanye. A lot of these guys are just dudes who like memes, anime, and making music.
Ah to be incredibly wealthy and have access to the best trainers and meals. Obviously the man works hard, but you can never understate the importance of a good trainer.
@@purest4233 You dont need roids for that body. Hardgainer, drinking, not sleeping right and not eating enough. He is rich af so now he can afford the best trainers and meal preps ordered for him lol. He has the genetics for that lean and ripped af look so long as diet, sleep and training are good.
@@nostalgicbliss5547 i agree you can obtain that body naturally but going from a twig to that in a short amount of time is nearly impossible without the help of drugs
@@purest4233 The dude is set for life, im pretty sure he has the time on his hands to put in the work. Not to mention having the best nutrition and training available and, judging from this video, a good work ethic
@@nvm7438 BINGO. Gaining 40lbs while doing so much cardio is only possible if one is pharmacologically enhanced. Still working his ass off but we gotta keep it real.
This man also has an oreo endorsement while he rolls a joint of his own brand of weed while talking about respecting his body through MMA. That deserves respect considering the youth of today and work ethic.
@Norse Raven People juice for aesthetic reasons? Or body builders juice for aesthetic reasons?? Whiz is not a fighter or a body builder. No reason to juice. He's already tall and lanky so packing on muscle isn't that farfetched. Edward Norton packed on 30lbs of muscle for his role in American History X but ay he was probably on the juice too huh. Discipline and dedication are non factors its just THE JUICE right
im proud of him because i went through the same exact changes. I used to be 127-135 all my life but when i started lifting at 30 i trained hard and now 185 of lean muscle
Bro I'm in same situation 135 28yr old adhd and fast metabolism. How many calories you eat and I want to do boxing everyday and heavy compounds throughout the week to get 15lb-20lbs by 2024 is it possible to gain that much if I just started
@@lijuaivelina8584 you gain a whole lot of muscle in the beginning but then i noticed it slows down after first abd second year. first year i gained the most muscle . second year i gained a lot too. but realistically i may gain 1lbs of solid muscle per year now.
madcat61207 dude, obv vanilla ice, you would need like at least 4 buffed dudes to put marky mark out in a window (if they managed to get him) and im not even a fan of him... Dude was corny but definetely wasn't a bitch neither lol born and raised in the streets he probably would know they were coming for him before they showed up, unlike that one hit wonder mama's boy
I can feel him on gaining weight I ate everyday all day and working out consistently for 4 months went from 140 to 165 I couldn’t eat like that anymore I was just over it took one month and I was back to 140.
Tell me about 🤦🏽♂️ I’m 6’4 and 150lbs I used you eat a shit ton, I remember eating like 7 plates of spaghetti type shit, Pretty sure my body just takes what it needs and throws away the rest
Good to see Wiz is living his best life. Guys got a confidence in himself from his hard work he's put into his body but he's also keeping it chill and hasn't lost his fun. Good stuff.
@DoubleFailMech of course I have no proof my friend but it is well know Hollywood actors go on cycle before big films. Ive been in the gym 25 years and belive me if you want to big and shredded you take gear. You cannot be shredded and diet and maintain bulk natrually. If you cut carbs you loose size, the gear maintains the size.
@Jack Huntley Nah he's right. The talent/skill curve really took a dive since the glory days back when Silva, GSP, Bj, and Matt Hughes were in their prime. This coming from a fan and fighter. Granted, Snoop would still get decimated in a mma fight we do have CM Punk caliber fighters in the octagon these days. UFC has unfortunately become more of WWE mma
UFC is full of jobbers and some Elite. That’s why so many of those guys have near perfect records. You can’t be 31-2-0 if the weight class is full of nothing but GSPs and Lawlers
I love how down to earth everybody is when they go on joe’s podcast no egos and genuine chemistry. I would love to smoke a doob with joe Rogan some day gotta put that one on the bucket list lol.
Joe is giving well deserved props and encouragement to wiz who is putting in work and really enjoying a health active life style change eating right and taking care of himself great to see a experienced fighter showing support for the arts sincere respect for both
