Trent,I’ve lost everything from birth No father no mother God Bless my Great grandmother (Grady) my biological mother came around when I was 7 with broken promises for me to move in with her and new husband and my newborn brother just for me to get there to be forced to raise my lil brother,break into cars and houses to fafill his list or we didn’t eat as well as being malested by my stepdad. Left at 10 to go back to Grady but wound up ⬆️ n states custody just a yr later In and out till 18 Had my son at 20 and struggled hard to remove myself from the street life. Finally got out at 28-30. Started my company 4 years ago with high esteem until then I found out my wife for now 23 years had took interest in my cousin of which I picked up off the ground many times. This was 2020. Trent,I’ve been fighting depression harder then ever since then! Listening to you as well as Steve Harvy really gives me hope in these depressing times! Thank you my Brother!! Im still pushing but bearly. Stay well my friend. You really are an inspiration!!!

I'm sitting in a dark quiet apartment I live in alone crying, at first from pain from lack of worth within myself, because I gave that power to my past moments in life that led me astrey, and now I cry with clarity and hope and joy for myself and gave me my faith back within me and with The Creator

4 months later, I’m just seeing this. I’m sorry about your loss. You have a great Angel watching over you. From December 27,2020. I went through battles and harassing. April 2021, instead of helping they rather prescribe medicine for mental health. Not worried about what was going on. I had no choice but to stay in Prayer and study. God continuously prepares us for something. In November, my Granny got sick. Never fully recovered as we hoped and prayed. I and my mom, sat by her as she cried saying she just wanted to go home. That was the hardest things for me. We cried. But I couldn’t be selfish no more. I prayed for the Lord to give her Peace. If that meant leaving me. I accept knowing his plans makes her free and better than what I can do. I called my Pray ministry they prayed also. Seeing her suffer hurt my heart more than anything. But I was prepared and she went home about a week ago. During the time, I cut the world off for my Peace. And that is the Greatest things I did. Trent thank you and Amen from beginning to the end.

YES with the acceptance! In the mental therapy world, this is literally called Radical Acceptance. It's through DBT (Dialectic Behavior Therapy) which is a course I fully believe should be a mandatory course later in high school or in the first areas of college. Radical Acceptance, Distress Tolerance, Daily Acceptance, and SO MUCH MORE teaches what you're talking about sans the religious aspect but YES, this ALL a part of DBT!!!! Amazing.

I need peace.. days n nights fly by.. it's impossible to feel in peace by staying in pain.. the more I tolerate the bs the more I separate from my peace. Can't hold grudges. No grudges.. yet no more hurting me.. I trust no one n its not good.. he changed me already.. I did start treating them different but I realized what.. I was turning into him.. hes a good person.. been hurt in life.molested too. Ive helped him.. we have great kids.. . He has regrets.. I want to forgive.. I became him.

Thank you. I needed to hear this rn. My mind almost won again. I've came too far and worked hard trying to be a better me . I got lost in the past by an unexpected event that unfortunately and sadly, landed me back somewhere I had finally gotten away from. After finally letting it go it was forcefully washed over me blindly and I lost myself is the overwhelming emotions that caused so much confusion and pain. Sometimes just hearing what I had learned once before to do helped me realize I can't control anything but myself and only I can choose to not let myself get that negative mentality. That self punishing, depressing dark dark place of giving up on myself. You was that helping hand in the darkness that so many people need but we don't know how to grasp hold of because the darkness caused us to lose control of our own self. Like a numb hand that can't grasp the steering wheel or push on that break , or a numb leg we can't move to take that first step of the day. Thank u

Yes we do have to disconnect from the world. It makes a big difference. I started changing how much time I spend watching or listening to TV, radio. And have learned to stop cut thise things off meditate, talk to God and try and make sure that I let God guide me. 🙏 because I wouldn't be able to make it without God on a daily basis. You never ever bore me. I could listen all day n become better. U have helped me more than my psy and therapist in Years of seeing them. It was when I realized I had the power that he stopped beating me. It's been lil over 10 yrs but it turned into verbal. I had to become hard n act like he ddnt hurt me. I used to listen to your channel almost every evening.. But for some reason it stopped showing up in my feed...well, I have been really really down... Not just down. But basically done with everything... Sick of struggling, sick of pain, sick of the people closest to me causing me so much pain. I have had so much pain and suffering just welled up inside that I just felt that I was going to burst...I don't have anyone I can go to. I didn't know what to do so I looked up depression. Your video came up... Actually the video you did like 7 years ago in the middle of the night regarding suicide. It was a very moving video.. Thank you for making it, and for the work you do trying to uplift and inspire others ☺️🌻❤️ I really appreciate the heartfelt message.. Helped take the edge off...I KNOW I have much to be grateful for..I KNOW the hardship and suffering will pass and that it will get better...I don't know why I can't shake this.. I have been struggling for a long time about my past. And I've been talking to God about it for a while now. It's hard for me to really move on. It's hard for me to forgive myself although I know God and my daughter have both forgiven me. It's still hard. It stays in my mind all the time. I guess I need to have more faith Let It Go and move on. Like he said let go and let God. I know this was God sent. Thank you God and thank you for being his messenger.
