My husband & I visited each other's home several times before deciding to live together. We lived together for 3 1/2 years before we got married. Been together for 13 yrs & married for 9 yrs. We got to see each other at our bad & our worst. Wouldn't recommend seeing each other just outside each other's home. It's possible that so much about that person is in their home, which is their comfort & true self.

I swear the only reason I never got my car keyed was because I was always upfront and honest about how I lived and that I dealt with different partners… or maybe I just came across women that were at least sane enough not to Molotov cocktail my apartment window 🤣 I never had money stolen from me but they sho did steal my shirts, a pair of socks, a single dirty sock one time (?)
