How You Should Spend Your Crystals on Black Friday in Tanki Online 

MY favorite thing about tanki is the part when they give us a token of apology, but the servers are down so I can't even claim it. This has to be the most lovable thing about the game.

I am currently planning on upgrading a couple combos to MK4 or mk5 since I am currently first liteunant. Thx for the protection tips, I will include the spider prot in my list now.

speaking of black friday, i remember some years back there was a rain of containers, i got a bunch and opened them, the next day all the stuff i got from the containers were gone, i still am confused till this day so if anyone wants to explain that would be appreciated.

1) If they have 70% on speed ups, focus on micro upgrades because that never happens. They usually stick with 50%. 2) Black friday sales only last 24h they do all the sales at once for a day.

Thanks for the tips :) I'm probably gonna upgrade 4 prots (hammer, scorpion, tesla, gauss) to mk5 and scorpion, hammer, paladin, viking to mk5 as well (I'm second lieutenant). Idk if I should buy any supplies for now bcz I feel like I get more than I use, but I'll look into it

One tip i should say is if u bought the tanki fund ur probably gonna get crisis so u can expect to ge it on december 18th, so save crystals for christmas sales and upgrade crisis because it can be expensive.

What should I focus on I'm 2 ranks from marshals on one of my alts I got hornet fire mk6-2/3 also defender 11/20 and lots of supplies I got 700k should I upgrade hornet fire or something else

I had the same problem with prots. I'm generalissimo now and everything else is maxed but upgrading prots takes so long. DIdn't make that same mistake on my other accounts

Or if I don't wanna spend on supplies then I could max out the camper drone 🤔 even if it's 50-50% it would still only cost 1.5 mil, and if it's 50-70 then just 1 mil. We'll see. I'm a non buyer, legend 10 currently with 4 mk7 hulls, 2 maxed and 5 mk7 turrets, 2 maxed, I only ever use brutus and that doesnt prevent me from being top 3 in most battles anyways haha. ALso due to this I have like 10k batteries, never used. I'm probably just going to upgrade prots during the sale, nothing else. I have 1.5mil cyrstals accumulated over the past month, no lucky containers unfortunately.

I am maxing: Isida mk8 Gauss mk8 Railgun mk8 Vulcan mk8 Striker mk8 They all are already mk7-19 Hulls: PAldin mk8 MAmmoth mk8 (Both almost maxed Protections: Hammer prot mk8 Rico prot mk8 Shaft prot mk8 Gauss prot mk8 (Also these are already mk7-14) Drones: Camper level 10 Blaster level 10 Crisis level 10 Hyperion level 10 Defender level 10 ANd rest on supplies probably arounf 100-200k cry

Also, one thing I just discovered is that if you just upgrade ur drone to the 19th level and doing the last level with 50% of for Black Friday, it is cheaper than upgrading you drone with 50% off and 70% off for speedups. That’s because I have my defender drone at 18 level, so I was curious what was cheaper, upgrading from 18 to 20 with 50% off and 70% off for speedups, or if only upgrading to 19 with 50% off and than from 19 to 20 for regular price would be cheaper. Turns out that the last is true, so the speedups are only handy if you need to quickly upgrade a drone. If you have the time, just wait and upgrade level for level, that’s much cheaper. This goes the same for upgrades of turrets and hulls, did not check the protection modules yet, but feel free to do so, and let me know! [edit: so basically, the Black Friday is just a scam guys, upgrading your equipment over time is way more cheaper than rushing it in one day during Black Friday, since the speedups (although they’re 70% off!) are gonna cost you more crystals than just doing it over time.] [edit: This applies only for legend players who have all their equipment already at mk7, but not mk7_max, so they need to do micro upgrades, and therefore speedups to upgrade something during Black Friday. Obviously, it is cheaper to upgrade equipment from for example mk5 to mk7 with 50% off.]
