Oh, it is, thanks to the Multiverse. And Deadpool is part of the second X-Men timeline, which makes those canon, too. Same with the Blade movies, both Fantastic 4 series, the Spider-Man movies. Yep.

The ‘don’t turn away’ song in this scene is being sung by Thomas Dolby, who wrote the song for the movie I believe.

Correct. He wrote a bunch of songs for the film, including the song that Lea Thompson is singing at the beginning of this clip, and the end credits song.

Interesting, exept the Star Wars and Indy movies all the other Lucasfilm productions were boxoffice bombs : Howard, Willow, Labyrint, Tucker. Makes me thinking: what means succes in filmindustry ?
