Wow... This is amazing. I envy your life. Did you take any sea kayaking lessons to feel more comfortable kayaking/paddle boarding in open water or did you just do it and learn as you go? Again beautiful video and beautiful trip!
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it. We did 2 or 3 self-guided trips on the paddleboards before this to prepare and test gear. The conditions in Howe Sound can change quickly, so I’d definitely recommend getting some experience crossing open water channels before you tackle this.
Beautiful beautiful scenes! Nothing makes me feel more in my element than waking up in new places on multi day trips... for me, doesn't matter if it's hiking, canoeing, or biking. That's so great you saw orcas... I hope they continue to return more often into Howe Sound!
