A hinge release with an audible click, lets the shooter know the release is about to, well.. release! its tunable for when it clicks compared to when the shot will break.
I know guys that shoot them and been hunting for 20 plus yrs. They recommend one to me instead a drop saying less parts that can go wrong. I like the biscuit myself
Ten years ago my dad basically had wet dreams over the whisker. I thought to myself "the minute i can buy myself one i will" and ill be damned... first rest i bought was a fall way. Whiskers cant compete to a good fall away rest.
You only gained 17fps with a 90 grain less arrow?? That doesn't seem correct at all! 268fps with a 530 grain arrow is great! But a 440 should of been at least mud to high 290's . Well they have alot of work to catch up to PSE!
The good thing is, if you make a bad shot, you can run and catch the arrow before it gets to the target lol. For years, the draw cycles sucked on Hoyt bows. The last couple years they finally got their sh*t together, balancing good speed and draw cycle. They dropped the ball this year on speeds.
@@randallflores-qr8cs I was never a hoyt fan I really tried to be I gave Hoyt benefit of the doubt they’re just not for me that being said they do make the best limbs and they’re finish is top sled I just don’t like shooting them For me it’s Bowtech and prime forever
How so? They focus on feel and accuracy which are probably the two most important things for a shooter. They make EXTREMELY consistent and accurate bows
I got a spoiler for you. All bows are just as accurate as the next if properly setup and tuned correctly. Some bow designs might allow the shooter to be more accurate.. like a really long riser (Mathews). There is nothing special with a Hoyt that makes it inherently more accurate than any other brand. @@Just_AK23
