he's like a japanese pernell whitaker. I'm very, very impressed by this guy's skills.

Hasegawa has some excellent footwork, and his head movement is top notch too. I know he's protecting his lead at the end, but when he throws, he throws crisp, clean combinations before moving again. If you're a fan of the sweet science who can appreciate good technical boxing, Hasegawa has to be your guy. With that said...I'm not sure if he would have been able to beat Marquez if they fought, Rafa was a monster at 118.

Hasegawa already knew he was winning big, so there was no point for him to risk since he already has a deep cut on top of his right eye. He was just waiting for the bout to finish. That's all.
