That problem brick bios. Reset bios special key or install new bios. Ihave same and reinstall bios works. First step turn on and wait 5 minutes. 2 step key reset bios. 3 step try in DC. 4 dissasemble battery and try only dc. 5 dissasemble battery bios. 6 check Volt battery bios. 6 dissasemble bios chip and read Old bios, save and write New bios in internet but copy ME region Old bios to New bios. Use me analyzer for See where is start and end ME region for copy and replace ME. After install New bios with ME region.
@@asharnaveed639 i think problem is in motherboard charging sector. Charging sector have 2 Mosfet for charge and this mosfet have mamy problems. First you need check charger voltage and next check chort circuit in motherboard connection. Next check charge Mosfet charge and next check battery. I know one more problem. bios ME sometimes you need write New bios with good ME region.
O meu aconteceu a mesma coisa, eu desmontei, tirei a bateria da bios e deixei guardado por longos meses, depois remonta pra levar na assistência técnica, só ligar voltou a funcionar normalmente.... Deve ser a bios que precisa de reset
I have hp folio 9470m. When i plug the charger it shows the plugged option on battery for 1 sec and then removed, it happens 2 or 3 times and after that, the plugged option is not showing on battery and laptop is not charging. I thought their is some problem in charger, so i bought a brand new folio charger for 5 mins it charged the battery from 10% to 15% and after 5 mins of charging the plugged option from battery removed again, when i replug the charger again the same case it shows 2 or 3 times and now the brand new charger is also not working. Please help. I will answer any question regarding this problem.
Depending on version if it's the version that comes with Intel core i7 2640m then no if it comes with any other cpu with intergrated gpu then you can change it and now you have new cpu and gpu.

@@eduardohernandez5618 if you have any other hp chargers try them out , if it didn't work try to remove one ram if it didn't work try to remove the other ram and plug the other ram you remove first btw idk if you have 2 rams
