i couldn't believe it when you put it back together without testing the power first 😅 isopropyl alcohol is also just called 'IPA' if you want to shorten it isopropyl is pronounced "eye so pro pull". it's an odd word. I have a very similar model HP AIO in parts on my bench right now, thanks for the detailed work and process!
Each capacitor has different values. It would be best if you matched it from a similar power rail. You can take it from another board or order it online.
