Tried to refill the cartridge and now I see blinking light on the black ink level indicator. And in the laptop when I connect I see "Incompatible Cartridge" error. Tried unchecking cartridge check in the properties. Still no use. Got any ideas?
I am facing same problem, can you please tell me what we need to do after removing of backside brush. As you have just removed it and plug it... So, didn't get you what you have done there which resolue the issue

I am facing the same problem but it is kind of weird for me because when I replace the old catridge with the new one (because the old is not printing black colour), the orange light is still blinking. But when I put the old ink back, it is okay. No orange light blinking. But the old one does not printing black colour. What should I do?
as you have described...it seems like your new cartridge is not compatible or working problem...get it check from the supplier where you bought it from.....bcoz new cartridge always work unless your printer is damaged...but here in this matter is....not the case
