HP Deskjet 2540 Review ★★★ Setting up HP 2540 

+Donikko Balisi Hi the wifi setup is covered in the video. Once you have set it up on wifi then I think you should be good to AirPrint. Not sure if it supports AirPrint as I have a separate photo printer that I use for that so not checked it out on the HP. All you will need to do from your iPhone is select the photo you want then pick the share ironlike you were going to email or Facebook it and pick the printer icon instead. Note you may need to swipe left to right to get the printer icon to appear. i have to on my iPhone. Then when you click that you should see it in the list of printers (if it's AirPrint capable, which it probably is) then you're good to go.

I have used it for the odd detailed color print but not on photo paper so couldn't say 100% without trying it

I am so sorry I don't know the answer to that one. You'd need to check direct with HP

Now I think it does BUT I only use the 61's not the 61XL's - I don't see why they shouldn't fit though you could check the side of a 61XL pack to see if it lists this printer on the box. I'd be 90% certain it does but please double check as I'd hate you to buy an XL pack only to find it didn't print
