There are 2 applications available which can help you to use the printer on Apple devices and Smartphone. The simplest app is HP ePrint. Now this app is only available for Android, iOS and Blackberry. Not for Windows Phone. HP ePrint is a Cloud based application. You will need to register your printer first online and then you can take print. The second app is HP Printer Control which works via Wifi. Your device and printer should be on the same wifi network to print.

+Бока Типик The error you had mentioned is related to carriage jam. I think you have to re-assemble the printer once. Just disconnect all its part and before that put it on factory settings. Once everything is placed perfectly it will work. Refer to the printer manual.

Beautyfull machine, but after 3 years(max),a message will show on the screen,and the machine will is for the recycle bin. Will see! I have experience of 2 photosmart .C4280 and B110a After some number of prints,a printer will lock,the hardware will yet new,but the dirty...software inside the main board say "No" ,and this way hp tell you,buy new. (Hp:my new model has new cartdrige,and you can't put refill inks for some time... )
