people stop making videos of printers none of this crap works there is something technical going on with these hp 27 printers its 11/2/2022 and im having same problem and when wireless signal finds the printer it just throttles after finding it and nothing after that it just keeps throttling after 20 minutes and more should not take that long. its has to be something with the hardware/software unplugging and turn on off not helping.
Hi there, if you’re interested I’m looking into opening a class action lawsuit agains HP. I tied to get a full refund for my printer which is still within warranty but they refuse to refund me for the TOTAL amount I paid. There’s already several Class Action Lawsuits agains HP … im sure it won’t be hard to open an other one.
Also, HP has a lot to answer for the poor traumatized pets who have had to listen to us humans yell at their crap. I continually let my tribe know that it's not them. I point at the printer, so they know why I am yelling. Thanks for the video. Just typing this is helpful. The HP help page was beyond frustrating. The feedback page would zoom over from the left and make it impossible to see the instructions.
WOW, a little hyper there😊 I’ve tried all & still having absolutely no luck to get my wi-fi to connect. I have HP Desk jet 2752e. Worked fine on phone but deleted from phone, lagged everything. Not working through my Chromebook, no wi-fi connection. Don’t get it.

I just got the 4152e, and it's a supreme piece-of-shit. The "quick-guide" is to get the "HP Smart" app, which... yeah, I don't want a fucking app, I want to use a printer. It wants me to connect from my phone, which, again, why?? I'm using it for a DESKTOP COMPUTER. I'm not lugging a fucking printer around in my car. Second, the APP doesn't get gotten, instead you go the app-store, where then you download the app. So to re-hash, the quick-guide is to go to the app-store and then get the app which... drivers? No, no, no! That's not what we're doing here! Oh goodness! Looks like my desktop WIFI won't connect with the printer, because I'm using an ethernet cable. The helpful internet said to disconnect the ethernet cable (temporarily), and hopefully the printer will eventually be found by the app, that came from the store, that was arrived at by the guide, that came in the box, that came from the store. A quick google search reveals that this is a common problem -- not common enough for HP to address with, oh, I don't fucking know, *a printer cable?* Or, again, I don't fucking know, *INCLUDING THE DRIVERS WITH THE PRINTER?* But no, that would be simple. And HP is about all-in-one and over-priced ink, *NOT* functionality.

Ive unplugged everything, ive turned the printer on and off, ive had trouble connecting this damn printer for weeks. Useless garbage. It should not require me to continuously disconnect my wifi every-time I need to print or facebook messenger for help…
2:43 in, I'm waiting for the final solution. Shove it in the sink. If a window was nearby, I'd bet on that. The HP Smart app is crap. I'm super close to cutting my losses. The worst part is the additional crap added to a landfill.
instead of suggesting people turn off their modem and router why dont you first suggest that they check if their other devices are connecting , before you waste everyone's time?
I've done it 4 times now and about to do it again, not because of the ink but it gets to the point where it disconnects from wifi and will not reconnect no matter what I do. You'd think why not buy a different model? It's because I have too much ink because of the ink subscription and don't want to waste it.

Hi folks when I try to contact my printer it asks for a password anyone know where I can find it I thought it was my network password it was looking for but when I tried it it says wrong password can someone please help. Thanks in advance.
All these Wifi printers are so goddamn shit, I'm about to yell at a customer service rep until they take it back and/or I chuck it through the next HP building
