A note to those completing this task. Be careful with installing the separation pad. Watch the video closely. If you try to push it back in too low you'll snap the location tabs off. Lift it into the location holes. Pushing it down at the back helps with this process of alignment. I also found a flashlight invaluable when doing this repair.

The ADF in your video looks very much like my LaserJet PRO MFP M225. I try to scan to USB via the ADF, but nothing happens. The error reads Load Feeder. I already have paper on the feeder. I cleaned all the rollers and the separation pad with distilled water. All the rollers turn freely when I move them with my finger. Do you think I need a new sensor? Where is the sensor located? How much is it?

The HP Color Laserjet MFP M477 has exit rollers in the ADF when you look inside the exit tray and they have rubber feeder bands that have both broke is there a part number for them and can you make a video on how to replace them?
