did you get the cover off? Can you tell me how you did that?

Hi Robert, there are only 2 screws(T10) holding the color sensor from the carriage, plus the flat cable connected on the carriage pca.

Hi, did you input the new PIP Calibration value? What was the error before you change the PIP?

@Casfer i dont know that value setting and where to do. I had 25.4:10 Cyan Thank you by the way. I have been learning a lot from you.

The value is actually written on the new PIP. It could be your IT tank or ink cartridge is already damage as well.

Got it now. Looks like the previous sensor burned the chip out. New cartidge works well. Thanks

If there is a problem with the PIP sensor it should show error. Are we talking about 3 inks tanks the same color or 3 tanks different color? What is the model of your printer?

@casfer4998 3 different one m, lm and lc and there is no error.

It says missing cartidge even though it was installed

@@rahmigokcedag4895 did you try change any of them? Which printer model do you have?

It could be just defective cartridges but it is strange to get damaged 3 cartridges at the same time. On the printer panel you will find system error and system warning, check the codes on it.

Did you run "Recover broken bag" from the Diagnostic. If yes, then check the IT cartridge, otherwise you might have a problem on the ISS board. Look for any ink drop on the ISS. In case it does not help, look for authorized hp tech in your region to help you sorted out the issue on site.
