Look at the older videos and find where he talks about printheads what you need to find is the video on printheads where it shows the grid pattern along with something that looks like a square and a triangle which you're going to have is six different print heads those print heads like the blue in the black there's going to be two there are also two that are yellow / magenta I had an issue where to print heads the magenta and the yellow had nozzles that were clogged around number nozzle 1003 were a bunch that were right in that same area what I had to do is I replaced one printhead because no one told me that I had to replace both after I replaced one I had a horrible banding and the only reason why I replaced it is because my reds were starting to look orange long story short I ended up replacing both of the magenta / yellow printheads and it looks like a brand new printer the reason why we had to replace the printhead says because the red was not putting out enough of ink because of nozzles were clogged so we were place to print heads we were told that the printhead should have roughly the same milliliters going through them they should last printheads anywhere between 4 to 7000 but you will end up having nozzles blocked and around 2000 but there should be enough nozzles to compensate also if you were getting banding banding usually happens he has stated if you were using less than eight passes I run for cv3 180 material I run 8 passes on 90% on a calendar product I usually run 8 passes at 90% also banners I use I think it's 10 pass it around 100%
