I just installed an HP OfficeJet 5255 and your video answered ALL of my questions!!! I was actually watching this video and pausing this as I did each step from beginning to end!!! I pressed the WPS button on my router, instead of entering my password. After your video, AFTER I had my 5255 completely installed...I printed 2 articles with pictures and they looked PERFECT!!! I replaced an EPSON 4020 with the HP OfficeJet 5255 and am VERY happy. Now, instead of ONLY an EPSON 4020 printer, I NOW have a printer, copier, scanner AND fax!!! I have EVERYTHING we could want or need...and THANKS to your video!!! My wife has wanted me to upgrade to this for years, so NOW she is heppy!!! THANK YOU and please keep these GREAT videos coming!!!

Thank YOU VERY MUCH, Technology Tips! You have given me the answer and what I thought...to leave the printer in the sleep mode, so that HP Instant Ink can monitor my printer. One more question please...leaving the 5255 in the sleep mode, 24/7, will not damage the printer, is this correct? I asked HP the same question yesterday and they replied with, "...to shutdown the printer, touch 'shutdown' on screen." HP did NOT answer the question, as you did. THANK YOU for this clarification! Question: When my HP OfficeJet 5255 is "OFF," is the power button and the blue "Wifi-connected" indicator supposed to be lit...or should the printer be completely "OFF" by pressing the power button and clicking "Shutdown" on the screen? I am a member of HP Instant Ink and my printer cannot be monitored in ink if my printer is completely off. In short, should my HP OfficeJet 5255 remain in the "OFF" WITH the power button and Wifi blue light lit...or should my printer be completely off, in its normal, not-in-use status please? Thank you.

After i put in the cartridge, it's supposed to move to the next step like what the video shown, but it appeared that: "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer." I don't know what does this mean, can you explain to me ?

I think you are referring to the Instant Ink program where you pay a certain dollars based on the plan (or number of pages to print per month). If you do not opt in for Instant Ink, you can just purchase the regular inks off the shelves and use it on your printer.
