I own this same PC Ryzen version with 1080 ti. It's an absolute monster one thing he doesn't mention is the fact it's LOADED with USB Ports. I believe there are 10 total.

side note as well- i was looking at this online at the hp store.. in the video you said it has the gtx 1080ti but in the specs on the hp website its saying it has the gtx 1070?

Depends on if you had it pre built to have the best power supply and video card. Many store bought will have both the cheapest they can have inside.

I'd recommend approximately the same thing he has in this video for your "highest picture quality and highest frame rates" request. An i7, 16 GB for RAM, an SSD and a 1080ti. It isn't *the best build possible* but trying to get more performance would be especially costly. You sound like you aren't incredibly well-informed so I recommend you spend some time in /r/buildapc. No matter how much you spend on a computer you will only ever see 60fps unless you buy a monitor with higher refresh rates, for example. Also, which resolution are you aiming to play at? Again, most monitors are the 1080p standard but there are many more options and most people wouldn't recommend a 1080ti for only 1080p gaming. I have a 1080ti for 1440p and it is a good middle ground. I tend to get around 80-110 fps on most games on ultra settings with depth of field and motion blur turned off. I could turn down settings to get the most out of my 144hz monitor but G-sync keeps the experience pretty smooth regardless. If you simply want to play at 1080p with 60fps (perfectly reasonable, in my opinion) then I'd probably recommend a higher end i5 (i.e. i5-8600K), 16GB of RAM, an SSD (always) and a GTX 1070. There may be the occasional graphically intense game that you have to turn down the settings a tiny bit to maintain 60 but I promise you will almost never notice those minor tweaks. EDIT: You should keep in mind that console games typically run at approximately Medium with a couple High settings for newer AAA games. So if you ever have to turn a couple settings to Very High instead of Ultra then you haven't lost much.

Well, I'm gonna be honest and say that I am very inexperienced in the computer tech field, so most of what you said pretty much just flew right over my head. 😂 But I only recently started playing on my laptop, because all of my friends switched from console. And yes I said laptop, that's why I'm trying to get something that could have no problem playing the most graphically intense video games on the market at the highest quality settings. I play a lot of overwatch with my friends on ps4 but once we switched to pc my frame rates and picture quality were so terrible that I could barely make out what was what. And I'm a widow main so I NEED to see what I'm aiming at. It doesn't do me much good if everyone is pixelated and teleporting. Lol I planned on connecting the pc to my tv, but I'll need a better one if I intend on gaming with it. If you still think getting the one arekkz mentioned, I'll look into that one more; but it you recommend something else I'll look at that too. Also what kind of monitor would you recommend? I want something big with higher frame rates like you had mentioned. 😅

I'm not judging you at all. I played on a laptop for a very long time when I was younger and didn't have a job. Many of my games had to be played in windowed mode at very low resolution lol However, to be honest, it is very difficult to recommend something without knowing what your budget is. For the average person, I would highly recommend sticking with the standard 1080p 60hz monitor. Are you in the States? Becuase prices can vary *wildly* otherwise. Not to mention I think Newegg is only available to US and Canada(?). I would recommend this build, or a comparable Ryzen build pcpartpicker.com/list/3LMrr6 Those prices include the operating system (which I guess you could technically pirate) and a pretty awesome monitor. I also put an artitrary $100 in for the case, but you could pick any case you want. It might cost $40 it might cost $140. Up to you. There are some pretty nice looking cheap cases, but make sure you pick an ATX Mid tower. No Micro ATX or Mini ITX, and preferably no ATX Full towers because those things are huge.
