Thanks man, this video is really helpful. I watched every single step to upgrade my notebook memory by myself. Finally, I have it done then now I can experience better performance on it
Problem solved: it was a matter of updating the BIOS. The HP on line assistance helped me, indicating the BIOS was not updated. Once downloaded and launched, the touchpad started working 😊as new! Wow!
Sir, will it work if Im going to use different Mhz? One is 2133 and 2666? Also I have the same laptop as you but diff model 13:u000nx do you think it has the ram as you (DDR4)?
Very helpful video. I followed your steps to change the HD with a SSD disk but, after the reassembling, the touchpad is dead. I have tried several times to insert carefully the touchpad tape into its socket, but to no avail. I don't know what to think... Any suggestion?
I experienced the same problem. simple solution is to reset your bios to default settings. i initially worried and changed the flex cable of the touchpad and yet it did not work but after researching a bit on google i found out bios reset works and yes it did.
HELP !!! I HAVE SAME LAPTOP BUT IT'S TOUCH STOPS WORKING AFTER 2 TO 3 MINS AND WHEN IN CLOSE AND OPEN IT'S LID THEN IT'S START WORKING BUT STOP AFTER 2 MINS PLS HELP ME OUT
Rarely I have seen a more complex assembling in a notebook! It makes an upgrading very hard... Your video is precious! By the way, is it necessary to take battery and hard disk off to access the RAM?
