Worked for me, the only thing that may help to others is that basically it is an upgrade of the soft inside the printer. Don't eject the flash, let it upgrade. Worked from the second try. Thank you. You saved my time and money.

For me it worked not to restart it right away, but to keep it off for about 3-5 minutes. And then turn it on again - the error disappeared. I'm not sure if this solves the problem. But it allows you to print in any case

Unfortunately, the file was I attached is only working for the specific printer. It is not working for your printer. You have to find the correct firmware for your printer.

My first attempt with the printer didn't work but the second attempt worked great! Thank you for putting this out there! After the printer says it's printing it should switch over to saying upgrading the printer within maybe 30 seconds. If it doesn't turn the printer off and try again.

@@SiyamandRashid I just realized the printer is a different model (m454dn) so it will only recognize USB's 16GB and higher (odd, I know) but has the same error. I am going to attempt to install the firmware update using the network or wifi. I'll let you know if this works after I give it a shot!

Make sure the flash memory is fat32 format otherwise it will not be readable by the printer

i did for MFP M277 dw but printer showing this error " USB device uses an unsupported file system. reformat the device using a FAT file system. " so did format the USB again but still same error so please suggest the solution ?

Some times you have to do it twice or more, if after 3 successful tries happened again then it mean you have hardware issue

I have been fighting this problem for WAY too long. Today I'd had enough, after every invoice I printed it gave code and I had to restart printer. Some days were horrible, other days it was not too bad. Last two days it's been continuous. I came to YT to look to see if it was an easy fix (why I hadn't done it before now is beyond me), I found this video and did the update. Printer worked flawlessly the rest of the day!!! I'm beyond happy it was something so simple.

Maybe the USB port has been disabled from the printer, so do the full factory reset to the printer this will enable the usb port, if this didn’t work, try to use 8 GB flash memory formatted with 32 bit format

I have the same printer (hp laserjet pro 300 color mfp m375nw) and it's not picking up a page from either of the paper trays. When I reset the printer, it prints one page and then gets stuck again. Can you please suggest what could be causing this? Thanks

My HP MFP M477FDN had been getting the 59.F0 error now and then and a restart would fix it, but it increasingly got worse until it would only print a sheet or two and go back to error state. I looked for a solution and found this video! Like most others it took two tries to work. The first time it went back to the error and upon restart it said to resend upgrade. The second time I inserted the drive it stated receiving upgrade and is now functioning normally again. Thank you so much for this!

It worked great! With mine, just in case someone else has issues, the error would come up when I would attempt to run the upgrade. I unplugged the power cord both from the wall and the back of the printer, waited 15 seconds, and then plugged it all back in. The error did not come back so I was able to run the upgrade. Now my printer is back to normal! Thanks for the help and God bless! :)

saved us, after the final step choose dcc file and then print, print another I pressed no and the error code came up again. but after couple of minutes the printer rebooted by it self and error is gone =)
