The big block is only like putting a brushless in a brushed car. The thing is the drivetrain parts up to it, but wear the tear in all cases will be higher.
Yes, it's a pretty big difference in power. I will wait until I have a weak .21 or else it's probably bye bye to the drivline in seconds 😆 its a bit more power low end that's needed 🙂
Id say big block it if the diffs have metal gears!..😎👍 I seen many 1/10 scale street cars B-blocked with success an I had one myself done with a Hyper 21 engine ,but a truck with bigger tires should handle it better than a 10 th scale street car!
Yes its definitely a problem. I probably try other options before converting to big block. Glad you mentioned that because I haven't thought about it. I could use low percentage nitro to increase the run time but it would probably not be enough 🙂
@electricnitrorc my buddy has a firestorm and that 3.0 engine is a power house. Just take your time with the tuning that truck should do wheelies on every trigger pull
@Nitro_rc_life If I'm not wrong the Firestorm are 2wd and probably working a bit better at lower rpm. The engine is great once past the lower rpms in the Bullet. Could try a smaller clutch bell and see how that works 🙂
