It checks only the balance voltage of batteries, not the capacity

It does not work as a capacity tester which means it should cycle uncharge-charge and accumulate the capacity. Instead the charger shows the capacity loaded while charging, but this ist only usefull if you uncharge the batteries before you use the charger. The charger is quite the same as BTY 407
