As of the 10th February 2024, this villa is no longer for sale Rental Prices as of 10th February 2024 The cost of rent is 170,000 baht for 1 month. 150,000 baht/ month if you rent 2-5 months. 120,000 baht/month 6 months up. 100,000 baht/month 1 year up.

A very nice property. I fear I am not in the position to buy something like this. Also I think it is a bit to large for me and my family. If I really would think about it, I would rent first to be sure it is the right fit for me. Definitely this is some villa with close to perfect look and feel.

That's just what you do. You have the majority share with two lawyers on different sides of the country.

Be well aware that as a foreigner, an alien, you CANNOT have a majority share as described above. A Thai company must have a 51% Thai ownership, so only being able to personally have 49% ownership in a Thai company in NO way means you can have a majority share!! There are 100,000’s of instances where foreigners have been scammed out of what they paid forby untrustworthy Thai people!! Be very aware!!
