I'm having a look at the North end of Hua Hin where the Green Songthaew turns around and heads back south.
I am a self taught Thai language learner and I'm not an expert in Thai language and make no claims to be a teacher.

i visited hua hin in october 2023 and i have to say it was the best part of my thailand trip. i literally loved everything about hua hin the vibe, the beautiful and calm beaches, the friendly locals. also the ride to phraya nakhon cave was amazing. thanks for sharing this video it reminded me the time i was in hua hin.

Maybe try "Who-a Hin". Who-a meaning head in Thai and Hin meaning rock in Thai, describing the place as rocky head(land) the main coastal landmark in the area
