Very affordable. Concerned about the trash that was about the neighborhood. Who manages that? Wish instead of music we could have heard the conversations. So much value from hearing people discuss home inspections.
We will try and do better with the audio in our next videos.😁 normally in a gated community there is a fee we pay for rubbish collection. In a non gated community like this one, there is normally a few blue bins down the end of the street that gets collected at some stage if the dogs don't get to it before hand. In our opinion this particular housing development seemed it had been abandoned and there was a lot of trash everywhere.

You can own a house but not the land. You can lease the land for 30/ 60/ 90 years. That is enough for us 😂 You can sell the house at anytime. I bet Kevin would fall in the pool and do a few laps 🤣 Was a fair way from the beach.

I'd like to hear what was being explained to you, your questions, thoughts, and descriptions. And there is no reason to show so much of the speeded-up drive. Maybe a bit of explanation as how many minutes from this area, spot market etc. Thank you and good luck.
No Kitchen yet 😁The owner said she would put a similar kitchen like in the second house in the video. Would say the fridge would have to go in the lounge . Toilet number five off the lounge would have made an excellent pantry ! Concrete everywhere. Not a house for us I am afraid.

They are buying the property but leasing the land. And its an option of 30/30/30 like what he said. Quite a number of people do that if their spouse isn't thai.
@@lutherfoust5483 there are lots of snakes in Thailand but they don't bother themselves with people and most are not dangerous. However it's probably not a good idea to go walking in the bush!! We are from Australia so we are used to snakes.
