Waldo's Project nice! Definitely lots of power. Im 230 lbs and it pushes me up steep dirt hills people hike up on. That works out better when its in the pipes power band. Has great torque even before hitting the power band.
My goodness that engine rips! I have been afraid to get this to replace my scooters 49cc 4 stroke with I've been told it would be slow but seeing this I may purchase one.
This one does, but I’ve done a lot of work to it. And there’s still more that can be done. If you want something fast that is Bolt on, get you a chung yangGP 460. At Daves Discount motors online. Pipe it and it will rip even harder.
@@arrepuess I just checked that engine out and it is within my price range, only thing I don't know about is how to attach the chain with that chung yang engine sorry I'm pretty new with small engine stuff.
Hey mate noticed you're running a dominator on that engine which was I believe tunned and designed for the GP460 rather than running the jet pro 63 cc pipe which was tunned and designed for the engine you're running. I'm interested in how you think it performs cause I want to do the same on my goped the jet pro pipe is great but sticks out to much for my liking the dominator sits more compact on the goped. michael parker oh it runs great. Helped out alot. Small pipe but perfect for this setup. May not be the best performance pipe, but has large exhaust holes so i know its not choking it. I had to bend, cut, and re drill the mount area to make it fit. I think I was one of the first to officially make the video and port this engine for the public to see. Because I know somebody else did it before but in private. I can imagine that check pro 63 cc pipe is probably better, but this is super ideal. If you are handy at modifying to fit, the Dominator could be a good n cheap alternative for this.
My 52cc is more powerful than the 63cc ( I have 2 scooters) I have a special exhaust system on the 52cc. It makes like a Turbo diesel in all RPM . Can't wait to get the next one next week !

Waldo's Project it can go either way. What you have to focus on is how you will set up the throttle. I bought a bolt on throttle linkage from “marc breslow”. I forget his company name🤔. MB products 🤔. But you can also rig something up. With an HDA 223 or 48 you will have to run an external pulse. I tapped mine from the intake mani with a nipple.
So should be similar characteristics just less displacement. But either way. This engine going in. N im wondering what my top speed would be ish. I appreciate all the responses so far. Ill find out what i meed to know wgen it gets here. Just super excited. N thanks so much.
Watching this over n over dreaming of my exhaust. Carb tuning... i seem to have less power than the stock carb. Its a walbro with a hi n lo. Dunno what model.
Waldo's Project im using the walbro hda-223, but the HDA-48 is better as it has a bigger fuel Jet... it dispenses more fuel while aerating it better. Its what the Zenoah g62 originally uses. Im using what the 460 uses because its what I had in stock. arrepuess hi, i’m asking because i ordered such engine and intend to use it as a backpack brushcutter and i really want as much rpms as possible. Is the coil limited? Any option on switching to other coil? It really looks like a great engine dough..i’m going to modify it so that it’ll run nicely. Any options on other cylinders? ; maybe something close ported, bottom end looks nice to me and it uses 6202 bearings
sloveniamotorhead alek yes theres a replacement cylinder which is less restricted. You will find it on aliexpress. But it will not rev out any more than 9500. The coil wont let it. I havent found an alternative that will simply bolt on. You can try and mod a different coil, but you will need to machine or be crafty.
arrepuess yes i saw your other videos, yeah gutting the transfers is a must but i thing mine is a euro1 so it doesnt have that restrictor. I saw some cylinders on alie but dont know which one is the best. Anyway the biggest problem is the ignition coil ; need to think up something, find a chainsaw unlimited coil look alike and try to build some mount and...
