Huawei has officially enter the Beta testing phase of the Harmonyos NEXT version, this announcement was made at the Huawei developer conference with a lot of significant changes and improvement to the software architecture, beyond this Huawei is also join the AI race by adding AI functionalities to the to the harmony os next ecosystem,
that is harmony intelligence ,just as apple did with the release of the iOS 18 , where we saw apple intentionally doing away with the AI Branding by calling their Version of AI apple intelligence, Huawei is equally following the same pattern.If everything goes as planed it is very likely Huawei will be rolling out the stable HarmonyOS NEXT in the Q4 2024.
Huawei current has the harmonyos ecosystem and well as the harmony osnext ecosystem The difference between the harmony operating system and the harmony operating system next is the fact that the harmony os even though remains an operating system from Huawei it was build on android libraries which therefore allows compactibility with android apps but the harmony os next is a clean and pure version of of Huawei's operating system which is built on openharmony architecture
which therefore has no android codes making the combativity with android apps impossible, like ios this operating system does not work with android apps,
